I build and run
businesses.
Project manager by training, builder by instinct. I turn ideas into operating companies — across construction, fintech, agritech, medical retail, and bottled water — and ship the software that runs them.
“What's the point of doing something if you're not going to do it to the fullest?”

About
A builder who can't sit still
My background is in project and construction management, sharpened with data analysis and an MBA in progress. But the real education has been starting things and seeing them through.
I'm a philomath — I learn obsessively, because every business I run demands a new skill. And a hodophile: the travel feeds the work, new places and new problems worth solving. What ties it together is a refusal to do anything halfway. I set my eyes on something and I get it — whatever it costs.
Today that means running ventures in construction, financial technology, dairy and agritech, medical retail, and bottled water — and building the software each one needs myself.

Everyone shows you the big compounding number. Almost nobody shows you what it's worth after inflation. Here's the honest version — with a calculator you can run yourself.
Doing it to the fullest
Why I refuse to do anything halfway — and what that has cost and taught me building businesses across Kenya.
